Venga’s work is global and diversity is naturally a part of it. Every day is filled with interactions between cultures, experiences, locations, and languages.
Diverse interaction and sharing different perspectives produce creativity and energy. By practicing active inclusion you can harvest this energy for good. Without diversity, opinions merge, much like a color spectrum of one color, just grey.
Only by gathering individuals from a wide range of demographic and philosophical differences can you create a diverse reality. This reality is worth protecting.
We must value individuals and groups free from prejudice. Through an environment of equity and mutual respect, we will create a success-oriented, cooperative, and caring community. This type of community will generate intellectual strength and produce innovative solutions.

The concept of diversity encompasses acceptance and respect. It means understanding that each individual is unique, and recognizing our individual differences. These can be differences of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, age, physical abilities, religious beliefs, political beliefs, or other ideologies. It is the exploration of these differences in a safe, positive, and nurturing environment. It is about understanding each other and moving beyond simple tolerance to embrace and celebrate the rich dimensions of diversity contained within each individual.

Sustainability is a universal issue. As a global company, we recognize our inherent interconnectedness with the planet and appreciate that when the environment thrives – we, human beings, thrive as well.
Running a global business comes at an environmental cost. As we strive to be a healthy organization, we are committing to doing our part in helping restore a healthy Earth. Here is a frank look at where we are at, and a roadmap to where we would like to be.
At Venga, we already use some great technology that’s good for the planet – DocuSign being one of them. We embrace remote workers, and build close-knit, global teams of non-commuters. Our #VengaFlasks replace single-use plastic for our colleagues on the go.
One of the most impactful ways to tackle climate change is reforestation. We will analyze our organization’s carbon footprint and define the scale of the needed offsetting efforts. Primarily, we will be using part of our profits to support reforestation projects around the globe.
Beyond that, we will strive to make better choices. Where there is a carbon-neutral alternative (think ride-sharing app Bolt), choose it. Where there is a choice beyond CO2 neutrality (think Ecosia), embrace it. Foster an environment in which we can have critical conversations, about everything from the impact of our air travel to our diets, in a respectful manner.
The mission ahead is monumental, but we are hopeful. Protecting our planet is a task that any global corporate citizen can get behind.
